Very rude and unprofessional. For some reason or another I have terrible luck with receiving packages. If I use my PO Box they get returned for not having a street address. If I use my street address my packages get returned because they somehow end up at USPS. Upon figuring out the latest of many packages was lost in the great USPS mail system I attempted to call both the Humboldt location and the Dewey location in order to track down where my package might be. The Humboldt location informed me my package was at the Dewey location, upon calling the Dewey location I received no help and was treated with little respect. Understanding that there was a mix-up from the sender, I was spoken too with attitude and displeasure by the lady at the Dewey location. I believe customer service goes a long way and instead of helping by saying "Im sorry Sir, due to the wrong address, your package is unable to be rerouted at this time and will be returned to sender where you can then correct the problem". The situation was handled by "its pretty much gone" with no guidance on where to get more info or what do to next. If you cant salvage a botched shipment... thats ok... just dont treat me like Im a burden. After all, your job is too handle my mail...
