Hubby and I had been looking for a car to tow behind a Class A Motor home for awhile. We went to Dennis and explained what we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. The next day we received a phone call and POOF!! Dennis magically found what we wanted within 24 hrs. and we bought it!! We are very happy campers!! Thank you ever so much Dennis!! Please keep that smile on your face, the twinkle in your eye and your laughter in the air. Your magic works!!! LOL
I stopped in, shopping for a friend, and Guy Graham was SUPER helpful! I told him what my friend was looking for and he gave me brochures to take with me for new RV's and checked his inventory for used ones too! He treated me like the customer and it was great!
Bought my first new car a few months ago. Greg V. was my sales person and did an awesome job of making the process simple even though I had a difficult trade in. They helped find a car that fit my needs and had decent payments.
Would not honor the warranty on an item I bought from them less than 2 years ago, still under their two year warranty and they said they would not be able to exchange the part. Said they could give me a discount on the new part if I wanted to purchase it. This seems like false advertisement to me and border line fraud. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! Will be contacting BBB, their corporate office and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
I have had my car serviced here a few times with Kathy and she has always done a great job of getting me in and out in a timely manner and making sure everything goes smooth.
